This is the whole policy. It is short because the site does very little with your information.
What we collect
When you fill out the quote form we collect your name, email, business name and message. Nothing else, and nothing is required beyond that. We collect it for one reason: to prepare your quote and reply to you.
What we do not do
We do not sell, rent or share your information with third parties. We do not send marketing emails unless you specifically ask to receive them. We do not use advertising cookies, and there is no Facebook pixel or Google Ads remarketing tag on this site.
Who processes it
Two services touch the site, and it is worth naming them rather than claiming nothing is involved:
- Web3Forms delivers the quote form to our inbox. Your form submission passes through it on the way to us.
- Cloudflare hosts and serves the site, and provides cookieless traffic analytics. It records aggregate page views and load times. It does not set cookies and does not build a profile of you.
How long we keep it
Quote enquiries stay in our email so we can keep track of the conversation. Write to info@firstlooksmarketing.com at any time and we will delete your information — no reason needed, and no attempt to talk you out of it.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask for corrections, or ask us to delete it. The same email address handles all four, and we answer within one business day.
Changes
If this policy changes — for example if we ever add analytics that do use cookies — we will update this page and the summary in the site footer at the same time. This version is current as of September 2026.
