This is the whole policy. It is short because the site does very little with your information.
What we collect
When you fill out the quote form we collect your name, email, business name and message, and the package you picked if you picked one. If you reach us another way — WhatsApp, a referral, a message on Instagram — we write down the same things plus a phone number if you gave us one. We collect it for one reason: to prepare your quote and reply to you.
The form also stores a one-way fingerprint of the IP address it was sent from. It cannot be turned back into an address, we never look at it to work out who you are, and it exists for one purpose: stopping spam, so a machine cannot flood the form with thousands of fake enquiries.
What we do not do
We do not sell, rent or share your information with third parties. We do not send marketing emails unless you specifically ask to receive them. We do not use advertising cookies, and there is no Facebook pixel or Google Ads remarketing tag on this site. Nothing we send to Anthropic is used to train a model.
Who processes it
Four things touch your enquiry, and it is worth naming them rather than claiming nothing is involved:
- Web3Forms delivers the quote form to our inbox. Your form submission passes through it on the way to us.
- Our own records. Enquiries are also saved in a database we run ourselves, hosted on Cloudflare, so a message cannot be lost in an inbox and so we can pick the conversation up where it left off. Nobody outside First Looks Marketing has access to it.
- Cloudflare hosts and serves the site, and provides cookieless traffic analytics. It records aggregate page views and load times. It does not set cookies and does not build a profile of you.
- Anthropic (Claude) helps us draft replies. When we write back to you we send your first name, your business name, the language you write in, where your project has got to, and — if we are answering something you sent us — what you wrote. We do not send your email address, your phone number, or anything about what you pay us. Nothing is sent automatically, and nothing written this way reaches you without a person reading it first.
How long we keep it
Enquiries stay in our inbox and in our own records so we can keep track of the conversation, and so we remember you if you come back a year later. Write to info@firstlooksmarketing.com at any time and we will delete your information — no reason needed, and no attempt to talk you out of it.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask for corrections, or ask us to delete it. The same email address handles all four, and we answer within one business day.
Changes
If this policy changes — for example if we ever add analytics that do use cookies — we will update this page and the summary in the site footer at the same time. This version is current as of September 2026.
