First Looks Marketing is a web design and marketing studio in Miami, Florida. We were founded on one observation: most good businesses are being undersold by their own website. The work is good, the reviews are good, and then the site makes them look like a hobby.

We build for logistics companies, builders and local shops around Miami — mostly for owners who are the ones answering the phone. That shapes how we work. You talk to the founder rather than an account manager. We quote a fixed price before anything starts, so the number you agree to is the number you pay. And everything is handed over in your name on launch day.

Everything is bilingual, and written that way

Every project ships in English and Spanish, both written natively rather than run through a translator. In Miami-Dade that is not a nice-to-have — a site that reads as machine-translated Spanish loses the half of the market it was supposed to win. What you own when we are done

The domain is registered in your name. The hosting account is yours. The source code is yours. If you ever decide to work with someone else, you take everything with you and nothing breaks. We put that in writing because it is exactly where a lot of agencies quietly keep the leash — the domain in their account, the site on their platform, and an invoice every time you want a phone number changed.

Where we work

We are based in Miami and serve Miami, Hialeah, Doral and Coral Gables across Miami-Dade County, plus remote clients elsewhere. Office hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm Eastern.
